Shadepaw shook her head. She didn't want to pick ticks from elders, even though she requested it. A croaky voice kept repeating inside her head. Why stay at camp, picking ticks from elders? They will all die, you know. The voice had said. Shadepaw didn't want to risk so many lives. She padded over to Cursedstar's den. "Cursedstar...could I possible actually go into battle?" She asked, looking up at her leader.
